Question about Viking VCSB423 Side by Side Refrigerator
On our Viking 42" side-by-side fridge the ice in the bin turns into one big lump of frozen together cubes. It's impossible to ever use the ice without hacking it out with a knife (which I am loathe to do) because it's always frozen together this way.
It looks to me like the ice tray is possibly being over filled with water and spilling into the bin with each freezing cycle of the ice cubes.
Is there a way to adjust the amount of water going into the trays?
You can adjust the amount of water by popping the front white cover off the icemaker and adjusting a screw . depending on the model the screw will be a flat head on the side of the icemaker or a phillips screw on the front of the icemaker.
