Question about Dell A920 InkJet Printer
Is the printer connected by USB cable? Turn on the printer, go to Start, Control Panel, System and look for the Device Manager button. There, you can see all the devices connected and if they are working or not. If the port where the peinter is connected say "working properly": delete all the jobs from the queu, uninstall the printer, disconnect it, turn off the computer and turn off the printer. After some minutes turn the computer on, plug the printer and install it again.
