Question about Sony Network Walkman NW-A3000 MP3 Player
My MP3 player simply dose nothing, I can't charge it, turn it on. It was working fine for nearly 2 yrs, with no problems then it simply stops working. why? and help!! Sarah
Hi,
I had the exact same problem. It was just after I pretty much filled all the memory up with music too. Nothing would happen even when I connected it up to the power supply.
It's possibly because it has crashed trying to shut down or start up as I could hear internal whirring when I put it to my ear and moved it around. Try using a paperclip or thin nail in the small reset hole at the bottom of the player and that should reset whatever it is stuck doing. Mine started up again after this and all the songs were still intact.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
