Question about Nikon Coolpix 5700 Digital Camera
Just got it second hand today. turn it on and there's no image, although it clearly works and is on, just do image what so ever
It's a manufacturer error which Nikon will fix for free, even if you bought the camera second hand. Go to http://www.nikonusa.com/email_images/nikonusa/service_advisory/coolpix.html
I just got mine back - took about five weeks because they were out of stock on the CCD (Charge Couple Device) that they had to replace. Don't give up on the camera. It's worth having it repaired since all it will cost you is to send it to them.
