E-studio 163 coppier - I cannot connect it to pc

Hi.

  • I have a Toshiba E-Studio 163 with a mini usb2 port.
  • I downloaded the driver from internet(Toshiba website)
  • what I downloaded contains 2 folders: 1: Drivers 2: DrivUsb
  • from "drivers" I Run "GDI&TWAIN_setup.exe"
  • It asked me to choose a port from a list: com1, com2,..., Com8
  • I selected Com1
  • after installation, it do nothing with any kind of usb printer port (like hp laser printers )
  • the result is that I can not use it, it gives me this ERR: C2 driver - Device is not connected or not responding...
please help me

Hi frnd do one thing
go to printers and faxes
select toshiba e-163,
right click
select properties
select port
select com 3
try to give print
OR
select com 4
and give print i may be ok.
pls up date me
