Not charging happens due to some problem in the charging IC and Componenets(resistrs) related to charging in the PCB board of the mobile.Better contact the service centre.It will cost less only.

First Option:Please change The Phone Bettery and charger and check The check The Phone charging
IF Charging Problem will Not Solved So
Secend Option:Your Phone charging IC Fault SO Please change charging IC And charging Problem will SOlved

use good charger... check charging pin on charging connector... check contact of charger connector to charger interface... if charger IC is the problem/damage pre-heat/replace...
