Question about Mitsubishi VS-50605 50" Rear Projection Television
We moved the tv before the move it worked fine after the move it wouldn't turn on . when I push the power button I hear a click like it is trying to turn on but no picture no sound any help would be greatly appreciated
Good Day, rob;
More than likely you have CRT coolant (fuild) on the board(s). Check this by removing the TV's speaker grill, the small panel and look for the fluid using a bright light. It's not always easy to see, if fluid is found remove it with acetone and use heavy plastic and drape loosely over the board in the front. Always remove POWER from TV BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY SERVICE. Good Luck, big IRISH.
