I want to restore factory my supernova phone to remove the low memory message when im playing a media player but it needs a secuity code,,i dont know wats the security so how can i get a secuirty code?plz help

Hi what kind of lock code are you asking for? Is it a phone lock or a network lock?
If it is a phone lock, You must do a master reset for your Nokia 7610. This could restore your phone with default factory settings.
If it is a network lock, You need to enter the unlock code. You can get the unlock code either from your network provider or from any trusted vendor online. For example you can get the unlock code from www.unlocking4u.com/nokia-7610-supernova/rs6wp9/ at affordable cost.
Here are the steps for unlocking a Nokia 7610 SUPERNOVA,
1 - Switch on your Nokia 7610 SUPERNOVA without any sim card.
2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia 7610 SUPERNOVA.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+1#.
4 - The Nokia 7610 SUPERNOVA would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!

* go to settings > phone > then restore factory settings,now choose to reset,it will ask for the lock code,enter the desire lock code or type 12345 for the default code,then the phone restart automatically. Now you phone is on original settings,then start playing music.

Note : This will delete all data stored on you phone,so back up all important files before doing this method.

Remove the battery and the memory card from the phone,check for corrupt files on the memory card with a scan on your PC- card reader. Remove and format if necessary. Reset battery and open menu settings to open link to restore to factory settings- now type 12345. If this wont work then you must reinstall the software. check with Nokia care.

I think you have a memory card installed, if so turn off the mobile, remove the battery, sim card and memory, leave it off for few minutes, scan the memory card with an updated antivirus. After it's done, power on the phone after memory card, sim card, and batter are reinstalled/reinserted.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to format the memory card. Before you proceed with the formatting, remove the memory card and try again. I hope it should work without the memory card. If so back up the files on the memory card on your computer (You'll need a card reader to this) and format it, after it's done, restore the backed up files and try again.

If the problem persists, you'll need to check the firmware of the Mobile, I would recommend you to get it flashed from a mobile repairing Center or Nokia Service Center.

Perform a full backup of your phone using nokia pc suite then restore this backup to your phone after the phone restarts you should have no more problems with the music player

first of all new firmware is available for nokia 7210 supernova. update ur phone.
this problem along with many others will be fixed and also restore the device factory settings. u will definately be able to use ur radio
