Question about Creative Labs Zen V MP3 Player
I have a Creative Nomad jukebox Zen Xtra 40GB . when I turn it on it goes to rebuilding the library for a loooong time and then then says firmware problem . How can I fix this Tried to update Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra with Plays For Sure Firmware. The upload was incomplete and now I'm stuck on the rescue screen and the computer says the player is not connected even though it is.
Ok this is what I have found.....Try to run the Recovery Mode here is a link to Creative Labs website that will walk you through it... Just look for Jukebox its on the bottom...you can get the firmware from the same website under support and then just select the type of jukebox you have....that will be the second link...You will need to click on Zen and then look on the right side for Archived Products
