Go into the bios, set the cd/dvd drive to be the first boot drive.

Then make sure the operating system disc is inserted, and exit and save the bios.

From there, it should load the disc, and you would just follow the instructions.

Model Scratch Building

You may not have heard of it but scratch
building is a hugely popular hobby that fans take very seriously.

Scratch building involves building a
scale model but from scratch ie not using a commercial kit or a pre-assembled
model.

What are the rules of scratch building?

There are no official rules to scratch
building. Some people believe that you can only call it scratch building if you
use completely raw materials and don’t have any plans or measurements to work
from. But others are not such purists and are willing to use even commercially
built parts in order to build their models.

What kind of materials are used for
scratch models?

Anything can be used to build scale
models from scratch, such as; wood, plastic, clay, paper or metal.

How do I get good at scratch building?

Most scratch builders start by
practicing on ready made building kits for scale models. Some of these are very
detailed and despite having all the parts, still require a lot of technical
skill.

Once you are good at commercial kits,
you can move on to building from scratch.

How do I scratch build?

You need some kind of plan; either a
prototype to follow or a design of your own that can be transferred into a
pattern so that you can start to cut out the parts and pieces you need for your
project. At the end of the actual building, you then need to ‘finish’ the
piece. This involves trimming, polishing, painting, weathering etc. This is the
part of the process that will take your technical piece to the level of
realistic model.

Good luck and have fun.

My lape shows message windows is not genuine .what shd i do. my window is win 7 hm basic

I had this problem just yesterday when building a new desktop computer for my aunt. I installed the operating system with the correct key code but the same message appeared on the desktop when everything was done installing.

If you are connected to the internet on your laptop, you should right click on 'Computer' in the start menu, scroll to the bottom where it displays your product key and then click 'Activate Windows now'.

I have installed Kidde model i12060 smoke detectors on the wall approx. 18" down from the ceiling to the center of the units. I have 9' ceilings. The building inspector is telling me that they have...

If this is a new site that has to be OK'd by the building inspector then he is a small minor deity and you must do everything you can to not tick him off or he'll run you thru the wringer, so put it where he says.
If it's a friend who is a building inspector then put 'em where you want them.
Mine are mounted on the ceiling.
Their site says 12".

Trouble building a pc

Hi,
I have installed a nvidia cd installer to my unit and I found out that the latest cd (nvidia installer) the lots of driver installed in it, means it has the old nvidia driver to the latest nvidia driver and automatically detect the kind of driver needed to your cp. Better if you have a cd installer for that.
Thanks
