sounds like you need a new thermostat. refrigerator section should be between 34-40 degrees. is the temperature in the freezer ok? what setting do u have the thermostat set at?
If you've played with the temperature control and gotten no joy the hopefully you just need to have more coolant added, otherwise you may need to have the compressor replaced
