Question about Creative Labs Muvo V100 MP3 Player

Not working when i turn on my mp3 player(creative muvo v100(1GB)) it's still in creative.it not enter in to songs or anythink.if i connected to pc it does not respond what can i do for this probleam.

Hi ashrudheen we have the same MP3 player, here is the problem, there is a possibility that your mp3 player need a new firmware to get it running.

here is what you do, go to the link below then click on the "Update your firmware" this method will remove all information in the device, but will get your player up and running again like mine.

First of all go to My computer check into it properties- hardware- device manager- does it show windows portable device or not...if it doesn't show u anything ..switch off and then re connect the device to the computer and setup the network wizard..

Can't transfer music to my player


the easiest way to do it is by connecting it to your pc....go to my computer...open your muvo as a external hard disk and copy the desired songs on to it...should work fine :)

Pendrive cannot be detected


goto: www.us.creative.com click on support tab, next click on mp3 players, next on muvo t100. try new firmware and see if that works.

Not working


hey first of all check the requirement ur player , sometime the player doesn't work on Xp service pack 1, it works on service pack 2, check that all the requirement r completed and try to download the updater if required any, try out all this n tel me.

my muvo doest work at all. i tried formatting it but it says "error" and the pc doest not recognize it only by chance. help! it doesnt turn on either. why do creative products do have much problems as u can see with the comments of buyers???

i have stored all mp3 player songs in my Olympia MP3 player but unable listen to songs getting an error message NO FILE but already there are 30 songs were there in MP3 player please let me know

try to reformat your mp3 player. maybe it contains malicious programs and viruses when you connect it to the computer.

My MuVo was having problems until I installed the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in July 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading it and installing Creative MuVo V100 Firmware 1.05.01.

If you can't get your computer to even recognize the player anymore, you could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250.

i might suggest to backup the stuff you already have on the player and then try to copy the music you ripped onto it. if not then i don't know
