Question about Samsung SGH-t629 Cellular Phone
My sgh-t629 starts to press the End button by itself all of a sudden. Then the phone shuts down, then comes back on, and while it loads the screen "Welcome to T-Mobile" it shuts down again. repeats this for about 2-3min. then the phone turns on completely but all my buttons get locked. Locked as in none of the buttons work. I can slide up my phone and accept incoming calls but i'm unable to make any phone calls or type in text msges. I can make phone calls if i use the voice rec. system using a ear piece.
the short solution that i've found was to take out the battery when this happens for couple of min. then it comes back to normal but does it again after an hour or so.
So any idea on what the problem is and how to fix it for good?
You will need to reflash the phone so take the phone to a mobile service center to have that done.
