Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SETTING IN CAMERA FOR IMPORTING PICTURE and video

The best way to download pictures and videos from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures and videos from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo/video cataloging program such as Picasa.

Sanyo digital camera

You shouldn't need any extra software to download your pictures. Most digital cameras are accessible through windows just by plugging them in. Then you can browse through your camera and copy them accross manually. I imagine the Sanyo disc may have had a program that made this automated but I doubt you will find it for download as it would probably have copyrighted material on it. In any case I cannot find it for download.

Good Luck.
Please rate my advice, good or bad.
