Question about HP L1706 17" LCD Monitor
My monitor has power, but the screen is blank. If I turn the monitor off and back on, the screen comes on dimly for a few seconds, and then its back to a blank screen.
It is most likely a backlight that has burnt out or something else of the sort. You will want to call HP Support and explain to them of your troubles.
