Hi Chileno,
I'm andrew Zaldivar and hope dis works to your problem.
But first I'm gonna ask you, what are the specs of your computer?
then try this one.I suggest try to clean the gold pin in your ram and video card by using a eraser. Goto Bios Setting set to default all setting to optimized your computer
Feel free to ask question for further assistant.

Also try to clean the FAN of your processor maybe it is full of dust hehehe

You can try to and cooling fan to free sum heat into the CPU.

Replace the defective RAM.
Video card that is built-in on the motherboard uses shared RAM, it uses part of the main RAM.

Video card is out of the question - it's specific to the motherboard, can't be replaced with anything else; the processor can be replaced , but only with one from the same generation - the speed gain will be minimal, not worth the effort.
The only thing that can be upgraded is the RAM : get 2 sticks of 1GB - you will see a sensible improvement.

I think when the tree beeps is on ..the blame is on the video card ..so unless you changed the video card as well you just made a wrong move ..The part that should be changed is either teh video card or the ram memory ..cause they are the only one that causes beeping when something is wrong ..So check the card it may be just not plugged well ..and the ram memory as well ..Unplug them ..and use them one by one and boot up and see how it behaves..Even if it is not enough ram in it for to run the operation system ..it should at least show the devices and the logo screen ..

Motherboar fail, no video, power supply ok help

Hello,
Firstly, remove the RAM and turn on the system, if you hear the beep sound continuously that means everything is perfect expect RAM.
Clean the track of RAM at both sides by pencil eraser completely.
Also clean the port of RAM.

Secondly reinstall the CPU with CPU FAN and also clean the FAN.

Third one is that remove all the add-on's card and than turn on the system.

Upgrading the Graphics Card? and a RAM question...

I'm sorry but the graphics card/chip in a laptop is built onto the motherboard and cannot be changed,
RAM: there are "two" types of ram in a PC system ram and video ram, I think what you have increased is the system memory, I don't think you have an option to increace your video RAM, perhaps you should consider trading in the laptop for one which is better suited to your requirements
