I just want to shut the f king thing You cant't use the keyboard properly if you just get close it's like double clicking Sorry I'm pissed Ican't even find it on the systems hardware...

press the reset button

Restart the computer. If you are already in Windows, you can do this from the Windows Start menu, go to Turn off computer and click Restart. As the computer restarts, watch for a progress bar at the bottom of the screen. press F8 about once every second. Immediately press F8 before the progress bar reaches the right side of the screen. From the Windows Start-up menu, highlight Safe Mode and press Enter. Wait for your desktop to appear, and then make the necessary repairs (for example, uninstall programs or devices). Where the only thing that are working are the keyboard, mouse and files When the repairs are done, restart the computer, and allow it to boot normally.

I have no clue what buton measns what

You can find commonly 2 buttons on CPU ( Which is a box type device to which all other devices like monitor, keyboard , mouse ... etc are connected.)

  1. Power On Button.
This is the main button, which turns on/off the machine. If you want to power on the computer, this is button you first presses. different models of computer has different types of power on button. But many has a symbol of ' overlapping of 0 and 1' .

  2. Reset Button
This button is very helpful if your computer hangs or stops responding. Pressing This button will cause your computer to reboot ( that is Power offs the machine and starts again immediately). Use the button only when you have no other way other than pulling off the power cable.
When this button is pressed, you will lose all your unsaved documents.
As the power on button, this button also comes in different shapes and sizes. Some globally accepted shapes are buttons with a symbol of ' Circle with a triangle inside of it'.

Problem to switch on the cpu

Disconnect the UPS from your configuration,
and connect the AC power directly to a wall outlet.
Press the ON/OFF button and release it.
If nothing happens, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 10 seconds, until the computer turns itself completely off.
Then, press the ON/OFF button, to restart the computer.

My desktop computer display black ,but CPU light is on -one yellow and one red , monitor light is on , keyboard light flashes on start and then stopped. Sometimes computer start after switch on , window...

you posted several problems and some are resulted in your trying to diagnose the problem. IF the monitor is black yet you can see the cpu lights meaning it is reading but does not power up all the hardware. In my years of experience in solving hundreds of computer. This is primarily cause by memory or video card. Just re-install or re-insert the memory or video card. This will likely solve the problem. IF just in case the problem still exist replace the memory (RAM) or the video card to check which of which has the defect.
In regards to your computer performing disk scan, this is part of windows utility to fix the hard drive. This is usually cause by pressing the reset button. This appears because when your computer does not power up you reset it. This is normal and nothing to worry about.

Automatic shutdown

You either have two issues . The heatsink Fan needs replaced ( it will shut down to save you from burning out the chip ) Or possibly the power supply has an issue . More than likely is the Fan for CPU .

Please make sure you mark my correct solution for your motherboard
Thank you

Your power and data system need inspection inside the MoBo. Hardware problems produce warning beeps, especially RAM and VIDEO. Check these first to make sure they are in slots.

Asrock P4i45gv motherboard problem

it sounds as though your cmos chip is damaged; if you are unable to get as far as the bios when pressing F2 or Del on boot up, then you may need to replace the motherboard. Also reseat your memory as that is another cause and check the Cr2032 cmos disc shaped battery as this may be flat and the original cause of constant reboot cycle. Lastly this also happens if you have changed any hardwre in your pc as windows will not boot if there have been major changes to hardware and windows will have to be repaired using your XPcdrom.
