    Your product key (For Windows) is affixed to the side or the back of your tower.



    Also, please be more specific to what you need a product key to.

    An expert who has achieved level 3 by getting 1000 points

    Superstar:

    An expert that got 20 achievements.

    All-Star:

    An expert that got 10 achievements.

    MVP:

    An expert that got 5 achievements.

On the back of the computer or on the side there should be a sticker on it that has it on it if not just contact the manufacture of the computer and they will be able to help- you out further
