get the setting from service provider and use it....

Try This Simple Steps:

1) remove your sim card from your Cherry Mobile Q6i and after 1-2mins put it back in and after 3-5mins you should be able to receive a text message coming from globe for the setting of your phone GPRS.
( if this won't work try doing step 2)

2) on your phone dial 211 and follow the voice prompt to speak to customer representative so that they will be able to send or guide you on your phone's GPRS settings.

i forgot my phone lock code.. my unit is Q6i . how can i reformat it.. to open my phone.. please help..
