Just go to settings -> paired device and then select on the phone you will have to retreive from the kit cause this car kit may accept until 5 phone already paired.

My Parrot v5.25c tells me the memory is full when trying to connect to my Galaxy S3

Hey everyone,
I have had the same issue with my VW Polo Comfortline 2012, trying to connect the Parrot v5,25C to a iPhone 4S.
I turned the ignition on and my phone Bluetooth together. I then hit the volume(-) button first then the volume(+) on the steering wheel, this has to be done in sequence - then + about 5/6 times. The car kit then said phone memory being erased and BOOM ready to pair again :-)

Its all up and running now with the pass code 1234 entered on the phone for activation.
I hope this helps!!

My hands free parrot in my car went out in the middle of a call and has not worked since. Don't have a clue where to start top find out whats wrong

Is there anything on the display or is it a dead Parrot?. Does it make any noises?. If there is not life at all them you will need to find the main blue box behind the dashboard and check the fuses, normally behind the radio. otherwise go to parrot web site and contact one of their certified installers.

Hi I have bought a car with the Parrot hands free. I was able to erase the memory but now asks me to' please pair device'. I do not have instructions to do this. Are you able to please help me pair my...

There are parrot hands free manuals available at http://www.parrot.com/uk/support/userguides/#CK3100

The 3300 is not there but pairing seems to be pretty standard on all the parrot hands free kits. I'd try the CK3100 as it appears to be a very similar kit.

Parrot hands free is stuck on call. Does not power off and has control of the radio. How can I reset the thing?

you will need to remove power from the parrot. if the parrot does not power up again fully it will need new software wirting to it. Also try removing battery on your phone, this may be telling the parrot to stay on.
