Trying to change passwword Entered new password Clicked "Change password..." but nothing happened

Password for what site?

You can usually login to the router via your browser (type 192.168.1.1) into the address in your browser and find WiFi security then you will see the username & password, change then submit settings to save. the username & password for the router if it has not been changed is usually admin & admin.

IF YOU MEAN NO RESPONSE AT KEYS WHEN PRESSED, YOU CAN START WITH CLEANNING TOUCH CONNECTOR , THEN CHANGE TOUCH SCREEN ITSELF.....

For the Original Firefly Phone:
The default PIN is: 1 2 3 4.

For the glowPhone:
The default Password is: 0 0 0 0
When you first set up your password, you will be able to change from the 0 0 0 0 and enter your own.
If you should happen to forget what password you entered, you can enter the bypass password: 5 6 7 8 and this will then allow you to go into Parental Controls and change your password:
- Scroll to and select Permissions
- Scroll to and select Change Password
You will be prompted to enter a new password, then reaffirm it. You will get a confirmation when the password is successfully changed.

For the flyPhone:
The default password is: 1 2 3 4
When you first set up your password, you will be able to change from the 1 2 3 4 and enter you own.
If you should happen to forget what password you entered, you will need to follow these steps:
- Turn on your flyPhone
- From the Main Firefly Screen, you will need to type in the following (once you start typing, the screen will change): #20070330#
This will restore your flyPhone back to the default settings, so you can now go back in and reset your password.

How can I change my phone's Password/PIN? For the Original Firefly Phone:
- Press and hold the green SEND button until you see ENTER PIN. Press Enter.

- Enter your PIN Number by scrolling though and accepting the four numbers you choose. (The default PIN is 1 2 3 4).

- Scroll to DONE and Press OK.

- If your PIN numbers are accepted, the display will say Change PIN.

- Press OK to let Firefly know that you do want to change that PIN.

When the display panel says SAVED, your new PIN is loaded.

When you enter in the password the screen won't display any input. When the correct password is entered then the screen will change to terminals&sets. If entering 266344 at the password prompt doesn't change the screen, then try 23646 as an alternate password.

I think the router firmware is not working properly.
Some routers need power cycle ( reboot ) after any changes on the router settings.
Now make sure that you are getting IP address on the internet part of the router.
When you set up WEP and passphrase , Your actual password for the wireless network will be the number in the key number 1 box and NOT the passphrase.
