Dear sir my nokia 2690 phone is not switching on when i switch on the phone only display Nokia with light in 2-3 seconds and again switch off . please solve my problem it happen when i am using internet i opening a site then phone in process and hang and switched of next is happen that the following problem.

    For reset the Nokia phone u just install the supporting software Nemesis1.4 to internet. Install in your PC and connect your mobile through the data cable, You see the 3-4 option will appear in your mobile screen please select PC-Suite option, Now open the nemesis click the device info after detecting the info in your mobile click the Flash Option and select the Normal Mode, then click the after flash option and click the Restore -Full Factory option and click the upload, after few min your mobile restart and it’s On Factory Default Setting pleas input he Date and time and select your time zone.....

#pw+CODE+1#

Nokia 2690 would display a message "sim restriction off" and it will get unlocked.

Each Nokia 2690 mobile phone comes with unique unlock code.

If it does not work do not try again as your phone may get locked permanently and sometimes becomes unusable. Then contact your Nokia distributor.
