The dark colored screw on the switch is the common terminal. This terminal is for the hot wire of one switch and for the load wire of the second switch.The dark terminal on the switch that you are replacing may be in a different position but the darker colored screw is the common terminal. The other 2 wires connect to the other terminals in any order.
