Looks like your system was booting into the Grub bootloader, which by default pointed to Linux, or the Windows Bootloader if you chose that. Now it can't find Linux partition so it's failing. I think you need to uninstall Grub. If you have an Windows CD (XP or Vista) and an external CD drive, change the bios to boot form CD first. Then ender repair mode.

u can try to reinstall grub loader, with a linux cd .... (there is the danger of losing all u're data) To avoid that u can try booting with a linux "Live CD" version, to try and save u're work , and also try to diagnostic the drive ....

sorry folks but youve corrupted your bootloader (grub) unless you can restore to factory settings(you might be able to my asus its F10(whilst booting) if you have corrupted your system beyond external repair your only option is to use an external drive and use your operating system restoration discs to restore drivers and O.S
