My samsung sw80usp does not stop filling with water, no matter where i set the water level

Make sure that at start the machine is filling, and that the noise you hear is not because of a broken inlet or because drain pump started at the beginning of the cycle after detecting water in the tub.

If the water does not stop filling and ends up with overfilling, then the pressure switch is usually responsible. Before going for pressure switch have a look at the inlet valve. Make sure that it is not stuck open. The pressure switch is accessed from top of the machine. It looks like a round shaped part with contacts at one side and a long thin rubber hose connected. The hose goes inside the tub. Clean pressure hose first. If that does not work replace the switch. If switch replacement does not work and inlet valve is OK, then control module is defective.

My Frigidaire front loading washer GLTF120AS0 stopped draining and does not appear to be clogged. Is this an easy fix or should I just get a new one. It is only 6 years old

If you are absolutely sure that the drain system is OK, then check the pressure switch, wiring and pump. The pressure switch detects the water level and determines when to start and stop the pump. The switch is located in the control assembly and it is connected to a long thin rubber hose that goes inside the tub. Try cleaning the pressure hose or replace the switch.
The pump must be tested reading volts or Ohming it to check the motor is good. Wiring is also tested using an Ohm meter. Check also the drain hose at the back. If its height is incorrect or if the hose is kinked you may get no drain. If all the rest is OK check voltages at power board.
Unless you have technical training I do not suggest carrying tests with power on. When you check the pressure switch look inside the control assembly. There should be a technical sheet with the description of the diagnostic cycle for the specific model. Clean pressure switch and try running a diagnostic.

F-22 is door lock error. The door lock was already defective and now has failed completely. You need to replace the door lock.

Here the error explained in detail:

Theme Door Lock message is prompted when the door cannot be locked. The CCU (central control unit) will try to lock the door six times before displaying the F 22 error code.

Possible Causes:

The door lock mechanism is broken or removed from door.
Door switch/lock unit failure.

Repair Procedure:

1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check door switch/lock unit.
3. Check the wire harness connections to the door switch/lock, and the central control unit.

F 35 warning?

F35 means that the pressure switch is not detecting the expected value. This usually occurs after SUDS (excess of detergent) or blockage.

Replace the pressure switch and clean the drain system. The pressure switch is located in the control assembly at the top. Remove the top panel and access the switch. Before replacing the switch you can try cleaning the switch and the long rubber hose attached to the switch.

Washer goes through cycle, until around 11 minutes until finished it stops, and goes into dL. Will not finish load. What does this mean?

the error F/dL means Door Lock Error

The error is prompted when the door cannot be unlocked.

Here possible causes.

Door Latch mechanism broken
Door Switch Assembly defective
Wire Harness from Central Control Unit to the Door Latch or Switch Assembly broken
Central Control Unit (CCU)
Door Lock or Switch temporary failure (it can be reset disconnecting power)

You will probably need to replace the door lock assembly. Parts must be tested first.

Seems to over fill the load with water and goes to ol at end of cycle

The water level is determined by a pressure switch. The pressure switch is located near to the control module and attached to thin a rubber hose that goes inside the tub. Check the hose attached to the pressure switch for blockage. Blow into the hose and see if the pressure switch is clicking.

If replacing the pressure switch does not help, then problem is either a stuck inlet valve or a defective electronic control module.

A defective pressure switch is the most common fault that will cause this problem.

You can get parts and diagrams for this washer entering the full model number here.

I get an F 11 code on the display

F11 is bad connection detected between central control unit (control panel) and motor control unit(control module connected to motor, inside machine).

Try disconnecting power for five minutes and see if this can reset the error.

The repair is carried testing wiring between the two control modules and testing wiring to the motor.

To contact a repairer call the service number listed in the appliance use and care manual.
