There are two ways to cause this... the first one is malfunction of small lcd and the second is damage of main strip (pata). So, to fix this you need to contact mobile repairing shop. Thanks for visiting fixya
If the phone is working good without showing any display on the screen , the first step is change another LCD and if the problem still persist contact mobile repairing shop to change the display IC or check it out all the display related components.Good luck
The problem here would be duplicate contacts. When a call comes it searches the number in the Phone and SIM and displays the name pointing to that. Here in your case I suppose the same contact with the same number would be entered twice ( SIM + Phone) and phone gets confused which name to display and it shows just the number instead of name.
To solve this what you can try is to disable the SIM contacts from displaying. To do that go to
Menu>Contacts>Options>Settings>Contacts> Contacts to display -
Select Phone Memory only.
Hope this helps. Good Luck.
The white display indicates that there is some problem in the LCD display of the mobile. If the mobile works and display only not working means, it ensures the LCD display is got damaged. Some times white display happens due to firmware corrupt also. in that case mobile will not work you can confirm it by making call during mobile is switch on. If so update firmware.
