Seems some part inside tv got damaged. Please provide model number and brand name of your tv to search further details to help you. Also mention what part of picture went out.

Tv went out after loud pop and has clicking noise does not turn on

If you have a Sony DLP, then the loud pop you heard is your lamp.  The lamps last approx. 4K-6K viewing hours.  Read your manual for replacement part number to reorder and very simple to replace yourself.

Can't get the camera to Flash

EXACT same problem. Tonight I tried to take a picture and heard a loud pop sound but I didn't think it was my camera... anyway it took the picture but didn't use the flash. Later, my sister went to take a picture with the flash and it made the same loud pop noise and now the camera wont work if the flash is on.
