This is an easy fix.
1: Go to http://www.xbox.com/en-US/
2: Click sign in
3: If there are any accounts remembered just x them out.
4: Click "forgot your password"
5: There will be 3 options as to what the issue is with your password.
6: Fill in all your information and you shall have your password back in no time.
