Who to uninstall and reinstall the nic card driver

I believe your question is how to uninstall and reinstall the nic.
Go to control panel->system->hardware->device manager
alternatively type devmgmt.msc in the run dialog box
click on the plus sign infront of network adaptors right click on the network card present click on uninstall. You will get a warning that you are about to uninstall this device from your system, select OK and once that device is gone restart the system go to the action tab on the top in device manager and select scan for hard ware changes the network card would be reinstalled automatically.

Wireless network adaptor not working

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310123

if you can get access to the internet on another computer the above link gives useful info on troubleshooting error codes generated in device manager. If you can't get online try highlighting the device in Device Manager and right click for a list of options>click on update driver. If that doesn't work uninstall the device and windows should recognize and reload drivers for it when you reboot.

Wi fi connection

Try to check on the device manager if the wireless adapter and the ethernet adapters were installed properly. If it appears with a questionmark, uninstall it and try reinstalling it without the ethernet cable connected.

If you are using Vista system, after installing the adapters, go to the network connections and just click on tcp/ip then click on properties. Exit from the window by clicking ok until all windows will be closed for the network connections. Reboot your pc and try if you can obtain a connection.
