Question about Televison & Video
You are correct. I needed to go to desktop properties and under settings use my second monitor and extend my desktop to it. I also had to change the screen resolution some, but it worked.

This would actually be an issue with the laptop I believe. You need to right click on your desktop and click on the video properties. Then you need to look for the s-video options.
