Hi,

Pls try here assuming your new computer is suing Microsoft Vista, For all other Operating System, pls try here. Alternately, you can order a copyof the original CD here.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

How the hell do i get this hp desk jet 2050 j510 series to print?

hi

first of all make sure all the drivers for the printer have been installed onto your computer
.If you are unsure, and you have know what operating system (OS) you have on your computer (example: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Apple mac OS 10) , then go to the link below, as indicated and go to "Select your operating system, then click 'Next "

At this point simply download the drivers with respect to the OS you have. After you ownload the drivers onto your computer and open the file, follow instructions. Make sure your printer is NOT connected to your computer. The drivers instructions will prompt you when to connect the USB cable to the PC.

please send me 4 thumbs up

Once this is complete and the printer is connected, you are ready to use the printer

I have hp desk jet f380 how can i use with vista

When you connect the printer it should automatically try to install the printer and drivers for it. But vista does not get this right all the time, you will have to manually download the drivers and run them to get your computer to recognize the printer.

Click on this link and it will take you to the hp drivers page just select your operating system and follow the prompts...

hope this helps.

Hi,
  1. Remove this F380 printer drivers.
  2. Restart PC as required.
  3. Install the CD
  4. DO NOT plug in the USB cables yet.
  5. After running the HP software, plug in the USB cable as requested.
  6. the printer should be installed by itself.
  7. wait for sometime, and the HP software should ask you to restart the PC.
