You possibly may not have a MMS (MultiMedia Message) plan with your provider. Call your provider to ensure that you do have that access on your service.
If you do have MMS on your plan, then go under settings and ensure that you have the settings correct to recievve MMS. I do not know what the settings are for your phone becuase I do not know what kind of phone you.
Hi the problem you are having is with the settings on the phone all you need to do is contact your service provider or go into one of their shops and ask them to send you the latest mms and wap settings.
your service provider wont charge for this and they will send the messages via text message, this will then update your phone to the latest media message settings and wap for the net settings and this will then allow you to use the phone as you want to.
you can sometimes send the settings to the phone yourself via your service providers web site, how ever not all service providers offer this service so you will have to check if they have this option on their site.
the quickest and easiest option would be to give your service provider a call and tell them the make and model of your phone then ask them to send you the settings.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks /

have you tried this contact your service provider and tell them to activate your MMS service . In 24hours they will send you a confirmation msg & settings for MMS. you have to save these settings as default settings and then you can send and recieve MMS.
since it is a MMS service, so hav to save its settings,i.e. mms settings on your phone. for that you hav to contact your customer care executive and ask him for mms settings, he will tell u the right keywords for it. then u will recieve your mms settings, then u can send or recieve the pictures or videos..... it will help you.....
