Do you mean your password for logging into the router itself or the key to access the wireless network? both can be reset by finding the tiny reset button somewhere on the router itself, you'll need a small pin to press it. This will however wipe out all settings on the router, and it will have to be configured again.
If the password you're looking for is to log into the router in order to configure it, when you reset the router, that password will be restored to its factory default, every router is different, but they all have the default user name and password listed in the manual that came with the router, if you no longer have the manual you can download a copy of it from the d-link website.
