Pixma mp830. The blue stopped

pixma mp830. The blue stopped printing right. When I print a photo, it has almost no blue.
We had been using non Canon ink cartridges, but just switched back hoping it would help.
None of the maintanence options in the print driver seem to help.

you got a clogged print head (probably due to using non-canon ink) if the printer driver maintanance feature does not fix the problem, it is already a hardware issue & it needs servicing. check your warranty.
