Question about Washing Machines
My machine was running and had stopped because the blanket and mattress pad (very thin) were out of balance after washing but before the rinse cycle had started. I moved the items around to balance the load & the machine started up again but stopped a minute later.
I moved the things around again but now the machine won't start. If I reset the load (it slides up and down between small and extra large), it restarted briefly when set as high as it could be to reach the extra large load volume.
Any ideas? This machine is 20 years old and we've never had any problems with it. I could at least use a one time fix to spin out the load so I can dry the stuff. Since it's a blanket, it'll be almost impossible to take out & try to wring it myself!
Remove console screws behind timer is lid switch if you have a volt/ohm meter with washer disconnected ckd switch operation also there is a fuse on same assembly ck it
