Installed new software for my AIO 5250 printer now all photos only show broken thumb and says file not supported, files are jpeg, allthis worked before update and still works on other laptop with older version tried to load old version but automatic update loads new software kodak no help will not admit any problems must be my laptop.

In the Browse dialog box, set Files of Type to the file you want to open (GIF, JPEG, etc.) and navigate the Look in box to the folder where the file is located. Double-click the filename and it should display in your browser. You may get a message saying that a program could not be found. If you do, just click OK, and the image will display in your browser window.

Have you installed recent drivers?

To scan a photo into pdf file, it entirely depends upon the printer software if it has an option to scan into pdf then its fine if it hasn't, then you first need to scan the photo into jpeg and google to search for a jpeg to pdf software and convert it into a pdf file.

In Windows XP:
Start/Settings/Printers and Faxes
Right click /Properties
Check Port tab
If the printer port connect to USB, install another instance of printer, connected to WiFi

It sounds like a driver issue. So go to the HP website and look up your printer model under support. I have an HP aio printer/scanner and when I upgraded my Mac operating system, I had problems scanning photos. I went to the HP website, looked up the model number and reviewed support/driver topics, and found the appropriate solution. You'll probably have to uninstall your current printer software and then reinstall with a download from the website. Hope this helps.

Device cannot detect files on the memory card.

The files might not be in the correct format. To print from the device control panel, the files must be in the sRGB JPEG format. To print other formats, you must use a software program on your computer.

You might have inserted more than one memory card. Only one card slot can be occupied for the device to detect JPEG files. Verify that only one card is inserted.

just find a suitable software and resize your photos to 480x320 before downloading to phone. it seems prada can only support small size pics when added to contacts.
