Question about Kenwood KDC-2011S CD Player
I have a Kenwood kdc 3011 in my car for years now and its worked great until yesterday. When I turned on my car, the only thing I could hear was a static noise coming from the passenger side door speaker...nothing out of anything else. The static sound would not get louder as the volume went up, and would only go away a few seconds after turn the entire thing off. I checked and this static sound stayed the same when I put in a CD...only sound was static on the side door, thats it. If anyone knows of any idea, let me know. Thanks!
Have you tried the balance and fader control?
Also make sure the ground or - negative wire has a good connection for that speaker from the back of the unit. Or it could be the internal amplifier it self.
