I have a Sony Bravia KDL-32ML130. I turn on the tv and the colors are really red and the pictures seems like it's moving in slow motion. It does this with the Direct tv, dvds, and vhs. The sound is fine. The picture looks clear, at times, when there is a still picture on. What is the best way to solve this problem?

it is hard to be sure what the issue is but are you sure it is not the cable or hdmi connection are you using an air antenna or actual cable or satellite signal this issue sounds like a non cable service issue meaning you have an air antenna hooked up is this true?
Hi, If same lines/ distortion appears in every input of tv then it is lcd panel (screen) problem as question shows it is Sony KDL-32ML130 lcd tv. Can you please post picture of tv screen to show distortion/ lines to diagnose it correctly? Thanks.
Reset the colors setting back to factory original setting.Should have all colors back to original. Not than ur main tuner signal board is dead, must replaced.
If you are using a HD cable box or satelite with component outputs, be sure that all 3 cables ( green, red, and blue ) are making good connection.A loss of red or blue will cause color shift. Usually,if the tv menu comes up as the correct color but the picture dose'nt, it is most likely a signal problem.
