The printer has a door that can be unscrewed at theback, much like an expansion bay, and it will expose more rollers, be careful in doing this because it may VOID the devices warranty. goodluck

Paper is caught in the "coming out" process. It was printing alright and then got caught up . Igot that one out but second sheet went down before I could stop it. I can't even see the paper...

Turn it off, and open the printer as much as you can. Then pull the paper out.

If there is a door in the back of the printer, try opening that, and pulling the paper from there.

After that, you might want to try and print a test page.

I have a Lexmark printer x2350. My troubleshooting has said that I have a paper jam. I did have a previous paper jam but I have removed the paper but it still says that I have a paper jam. If I put more...

Sometimes, there may be a very small piece that you might be missing. It could be caught or hung up in the roller area. There are times when I have had to look more than once to get all the paper out. Or one of the doors may not be shutting all the way.

There are paper pieces caught in the Fuser's rollers

Remove the cartridge from the printer and try to pull the pieces out with a tweezers. And try to print something but do not put any paper in the printer. After this repeat the operation.

Paper jams lexmark x3550

You need to visually inspect the rollers. I suspect that there is a small piece of paper jamming the paper path. Check where it is jamming, and inspect.

Paper not feeding

1. Turn the printer off and open the access cover.
2. Look for any obstructions in the paper path and remove them if necessary. (It is possible to move the carrier assembly with the power off.)
3. Turn the printer on, load some paper, and press the Form Feed button. (On the X83, press the Select button.)
4. Watch the paper as it feeds through and try to determine where the jam is occurring.
5. Check to see if all the rollers are turning.

If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6.
If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.
6. If the paper is jamming under the carrier assembly, you may be able to fix it using the manual feed slot.
7. Turn the printer off.
8. Take a #10 envelope and feed it through the left side of the manual feed slot until it comes right through the printer to the back of the exit rollers.
9. Move it up and down first, and then slowly move it over to the right side. If something is stuck under the black guide plate, this may work it loose.

What has happened to it? Did it have apaper jam? Let's try a simple reset first.

Turn off the printer and unplug it.
Open the paper jam door and gently roll the paper roller forward until it clicks. close the door.

Leave the printer unplugged for a few minutes then plug it in and turn it on and try it out.

If this does not solve your problem, you may need to reinstall your software. If you do not have it, let me know.
