Model AST9LSBCW - Timer green light flickers when unit powered on. Won't re-set and therefore, unit will not come on and heat. Have tried re-set button many times. Seems to be some sort of timer in operation. Note: Unit relocated recently.

SOURCE: green light flashes 3 times will not operate

Its may be the thermistor is defective or out of range or the board itself, the unit will not operate unless the defective part is not replace.

SOURCE: Fujitsu Heat Pump - problems

I had the same problem. The heater did not work in heating mode. However it was OK in air-conditioning mode. The operation light and the timer light blink twice and then the operation light blinks for 5 times followed by few seconds non blinking, then the cycle repeats again. I have read on the internet that you better unplug the power cord and then plug it again so that the heater re-sets itself. My only problem was that my heater is directly plugged to the power with no visible plug. So I went to the main distribution board and put off the power for about 20 seconds for the whole home. HOORAY!! The heater worked after that.

SOURCE: Operation light and timer light blink 5 times?

I don't know if this is the proper technical solution or not but my unit was having the same issue. I cleaned it checked fuses made sure the cover was properly in place and nothing worked. As a final thought I went to the home fuse panel and tripped the breaker for the unit, waited about 30 seconds and turned it back on. I did this with the unit set to off. When I came back and turned it on, it is working properly with the operation light solid red.

Follow the link above. This is where you find the manuals for these units. I couldn't find the one that is specific for your unit but they do have a way you can contact them and also you might gain enough info from the ones they do have to figure yours out.

TOYO mini split air conditioner made in Japan is very very good quality and it can runs for 20 years without any problem. You didn't hire a best ac technician to install your TOYO unit. The tubing connection between indoor unit and outdoor unit is not the right torque and refrigerant leak. Your TOYO unit runs out of refrigerant. You need fix the leak and fully charge the system. You will solve the problem.

Green timer light won't stop flashing on mitsubishi ws 73711.

the green light blinking is normal if set has been unplugged--when set is plugged back it should blink for about 70 seconds and then go out--then you can try to turn it on---it is the DM unit inside the set booting up.

If the light just blinks and never stops you have likely bad caps in the DM unit---there are kits available for that.

The other possible reason is that so called reset switch may be bad--fairly easy way to find that out and it is more common than you would think, let me know if you have questions.

Gateway GM 5072 won't turn on, it just flicker.

One of two things a clogged up CPU fan and block may be the contributor over heated and possibly fried the board. The other issue may be a bad power supply unit, replace the unit and reboot. John

We have a fujitsu air con model ast9lsbcw which blows cold air from the outside unit and the inside unit is not cooling the room.

Sounds like you have it in heating mode or it is low on charge. In cooling mode, the outside fan should blow hot air not cold.
