Your best bet is to do a full system recovery. its looks like your laptop is new enough that it has a recovery partition installed on it and will recover your laptop to factory settings as it just came from the store. at the 1st screen you might have to push either f10 or f12 it will say on your screen which 1 just click on it and it will pretty much run itself
