Hi sobaokokorom,
I see that your MP3 player will not work or be detected b your Laptop.
I will be more than glad to help you regarding your concern, If I may ask have your tried updadting your windows on your computer maybe, you just need to update JAVA, Flash plarer on your windows, have you also updated windows recently on your machine.
I am asking if your machine is updated since the error your mentioned is saying that it is unable to install driver, error as such is possible that it cannot install due to update reasons but if the error states that cannot install driver device not detected or a USB device connected on your machine has malfunctioned then most probably there is something wrong with you MP3 player, maybe you can try reformattgin your MP3 plater back to defaults if possible but first you need to see if your player will work on another computer before resetting it to defaults...
try updating you machine as well then check if the system will detect your MP3 player.
I hope that this helps.
Have a nice day,
mvincentc
Thanks mvincentc. I will try to do as you suggest. But I am extremely tech-impaired so I might not know how to do all of this computer updating or mp3 player default resetting.
Hi,
I believe you can do this on your own, for the updates you can just open up your internet explorer and click on tools if you have the XP then click on Windows Update, but if you have vista or Win7 then on Internet Explorer press ALT once then click tools on the upper portion of your Internet Explorer then click tools then click windows updates to do the updates. for the resetting to defaults settings on your MP3 player you may need to check the manufacturer website for any software required to do the resetting of your MP3 player.
