The item you are looking for sounds like a microwave mounting bolt. Check w/ Sears or other stores that sell microwave ovens and purchase a mounting kit.

Technics SL-P111 door wont open!?

Some units require a draw be in alignment with the rest of the system in order for the mechanism to get into the right place to trigger skeleton switches or small microswitches. You hand upset that positioning and the only way it will work now is to get the mechanism aligned so that all is happy. This will require a Technician who is capable of working on these units. I have seen this on many brands- the better unit are self aligning but there were some that were made like yours that have trouble.

I HAVE A PRINT CARTRIDGE ALIGNMENT problem wiht my HP C7820

Try to find the alignment software in your HP printer's Control Center. If alignment does not work, you could un-install the HP printer software and drivers. Disconnect the printer from the computer. Restart without HP software, drivers, and printer. Shutdown. Now reconnect the printer and turn the computer back on. Re-load HP software and drivers. Follow there direction as you go. You'll be asked to align the printer.

Adjusting bi-xenon headlights on Volvo S40

This guys don't know what they are talking about. If you have self leveling head lights and they are way out of alignment, yes there is adjustment screws but those mess with a different light bulb (daytime running light) instead of the main bulb alignment.

So what is a man to do? go to the dealer and have them adjust them for you. Believe it or not everytime you get an aliment done you have to recalibrate your headlights because they change the way the vehicle sits. Do it enough times and the headlight will go out of wack (because of the self leveling function)

In other words, they headlights are adjusted by means of a Computer. You could do it your self but you have to buy the DICE VIDA adjustment tool and the proper software from Volvo. Not cheap, just go to the dealership.

Mis-alignement between eyepieces

Up close to the eyepieces around the barrels are small screws that you can use to "collaminate" your binocs. The screws aren't meant to be accessed by the owner and most manufacturers cover them up with the material that surrounds the binocs. Of course the binocs in their current state are useless anyhow, so I wouldn't hesitate to peel up the material to look for the screws. If you do it carefully, you can reseat the material anyhow. Then once you locate the small screws, put the binocs on a stand or a table outside. Focus on something far away using one eye. Then using both eyes, you adjust the screw on the other eyepiece while looking through the binocs. Adjust until you get a single image. You can use loctite, or nail polish to "glue" the screw in the final position if it is really loose.
