Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Press and hold the power button. Hold it long
enough (10 to 15 seconds ) it will eventually turn the frozen
player off. Press the power button again to turn it back on. You can
try formatting the player again either through windows media player or
(if a v2 model) through the player's own menu system. Failing that, put
the player in MSC mode and format it from Windows Explorer. I would also update the firmware. I have attached the link to the Sansa site to find the firmware and further instructions.
