Hello  Touch [Settings] in the navigation menu,
The settings for your device has some trouble I thinks. Please set it to its Factory Settings and ckeck. To reset it to Factory Settings:
then touch [Restore Factory Settings].
 Touch [Yes] to clear the current setting
 Touch [Settings] in the navigation menu,
