Dishwasher is filling up but

Sounds like the washer arm is not rotating around during the wash cycle.. Can you reach in and manually rotate the arm to make sure it is free to spin? Also, it may be washing but the drain filter has so much sediment in it from previous cycles that it is just redistributing that stuff on you dishes.. check the drain filter too... lastly, is the detergent dispenser opening after a wash cycle? If it is empty ( meaning it has been used) the other things mentioned above are probably the issue.. Hope that helps...
