Question about Dell Inspiron 1525 Notebook
Sounds like you've got a Trogon (virus) on your laptop. Switch on your laptop and keep tapping the F8 key you should get a black screen with a menu on it. Select option Safe Mode with Networking. When windows starts go on the internet to this link:-http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
Download this free version and install it. Once installed tell it to check for updates and then do a full scan, be prepared as this could take a long time but is worth it in the end. When finished every thing should be back to normal.
