Question about Heating & Cooling
Try starting the unit and with something that can fit tru the grill try spinning the fan blade in the direction that it supposed to turn check either direction just to be sure, if the fan starts then replace capacitor. if it is stuck then replace capacitor and motor. there could be other causes for the fan not turning but this are the main causes. picture one show a dual capacitor used for compressor and fan bottom picture shows two capacitors the smaller one is for the fan. best of luck and always follow safety guidelines when working with high voltage capacitors can still hold a substantial electrical charge even when all power is off.
