Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Poor Sound Quality

I have copied MP3 files from my computer to my Sansa. When I play them back the sound is scratchy on the Sansa. This happens on some but not all of the tracks. I have tried listening to the source files on the computer with the same headphones from the Sansa and it is crystal clear, so I am certain that the problem is not with the headphones or with the quality of the source file. I tried to reupload the file and the problem continued.

MP3 players can only play music files and audio books in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs tomp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and thencopy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable tothe MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.Click on this link for instruction on converting musicfiles to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

My sansa mp3 player keeps freezing...

well, first format the sansa player on ur computer, then reaply ur music and find a better quality song like that 1 to put on it, i recomend buying it off itunes or something like that, because it could have a virus in the song or it cannot be played on the player, (via: it is not the right format to be played on it, like mp3 or wma files.)

WAV files don't playback and show as "BadTracks"

well, probably because where you downloaded it from, the website had an error. To put music on, just go on MY COMPUTER, find your sansa mp3 in it, go to your music, copy a song, go back to the sansa list and hit paste.
