2005 stratus squeaks in front end over bumps and car shakes when slowing from speeds of 35mph and over

The noise would usually be the strut or the control arm bushings. The vibration could also be the component making the noise, or warped brake rotors.

When car is running idle or at slow speeds it makes a squeaking sound

There are several heat shields that can squeak or you could just need a new serpentine belt. Unfortunately, a lot of things can cause a 'squeak' but without knowing what area it comes from, if it changes with engine speed, or vehicle speed, I can't give you any pinpoint information.

3 speed standing fan. #1 the blade barely rotates.#2 a little faster. #3 it starts slow then speeds up like it's going to take off. It also makes an annoying sound like it's rubbing on something or is...

It is the motor. Probably needs cleaning and lubrication.
You can send it to Vornado.
It is not hard to get apart, just draw a diagram of what color wire is what speed.
You "could" do it yourself.

The air conditioner is making a squeaking noise and blowing cold air but not full strength

The squeaking noise is probably a bad or dry bearing in the fan motor, causing it to run slow or not at correct speed. Sometimes there are oilers on the motor that you can try to oil but the motor really needs to be replaced.
